The Opportunity

This ASX-listed company is looking to bring in a highly skilled Team Assistant to support two General Managers within an exciting business unit. The position has become available at one of Australia’s most highly regarded property groups in a beautifully luxurious headquarters located in the heart of Sydney CBD. They are extremely well-established and perceived to be one of Australia’s most innovative companies.

Our client is looking for a switched-on, highly organised and polished individual to join them on a 3-month contract. 

The Responsibility

As the Team Assistant your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Complex inbox and calendar management, including thoughtful meeting coordination and time management;
  • Act as the first point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, establishing strong professional relationships;
  • Deal with confidential information and ensure discretion;
  • Prepare reports and additional correspondence including papers, presentations, briefings and proposals;
  • Manage travel arrangements;
  • General administrative tasks including expense processing, invoices processing and electronic filing;
  • Ad hoc admin support.

The Expertise

To be successful in this role, you will bring 4+ years of experience as a Team Assistant, Personal or Executive Assistant. Experience within the property sector would be advantageous, though not essential, provided you are comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
You will present as confident and professional, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. We are seeking someone who demonstrates strong initiative, has intermediate proficiency across the MS Office Suite, and maintains a high level of attention to detail.
